• Access to a packed program starting from 09:00 on May 7, til 21:00 on May 8 in the heart of Berlin. The program includes Breakout Sessions, Plenary Sessions, and plenty of networking opportunities.
• Printed program for all participants.
• Lunch and receptions on May 7 and 8.
• Coffee/tea, water, and snacks will be provided.

*Lunch will be provided with vegetarian and vegan options. Please indicate dietary restrictions in the registration form.

Cancellation of Registration

• A cancellation made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the registration fee.
• A cancellation made less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
• A cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded.
