Participants are advised to apply in-person for a Conference Visa at their local Indian High Commission/Embassy if possible. Any questions regarding the visa process should be directed to arcticcircle_indiaforum@orfonline.org.

Once you have successfully submitted your application, kindly let us know by sending an email to this address. If you already possess a valid visa or do not require a visa to travel to India, kindly let us know via the same address.

All accredited members of the media, non-accredited senior journalists, columnists, and commentators may be eligible for media accreditation at the India Forum.

Media will have access to all public sessions and can visit the ORF website for various updates on the Forum.

All public interviews will be held at the allocated media enclosures. Please be mindful that this is a common media space, therefore, all media personnel are advised to keep their interactions brief while using these spaces.

MEDIA CODE OF CONDUCT

All members of the media are bound by the Charter of Participation. If any members of the media are found in violation of conference rules, access may be revoked. We expect the media to be transparent and accurate in its reporting of conference events. For all media coverage during and following the conference, including off-stage interactions with speakers and participants, its hosts, "Arctic Circle" and “The Observer Research Foundation”, must be acknowledged in full.
